The interior lining is easy to fill to your desired weight with any dry item such as sand, grains, beans, corn or rice. The sandbag can hold up to 11 pounds of weight. The exterior cotton cover is durable and machine washable. This outer cover also offers a zipper to keep the interior lining and weight in place.
